Our Approach

Our approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. We meet clients where they are and guide them toward where they want to be. By helping clients recognize and harness their personal strengths, we support them in learning new ways to challenge negative thought patterns and unhealthy behaviors that keep them feeling stuck.
