Services

  • Individual

During individual counseling sessions, clients have the opportunity to talk openly and honestly with a therapist in a confidential and nonjudgmental setting. Depending on the client’s needs, therapy may focus on short term problem-solving or may involve more long term exploration of underlying issues.

  • Family Support

Family support therapy can address a wide range of issues, such as communication problems, conflict between family members, behavioral problems in children, and issues related to mental health or addiction.

  • Adolescent

Adolescent therapy can be effective in helping teens to improve their mental health, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improve their overall functioning. It can also be helpful in addressing a wide range of issues such as substance abuse, behavioral problems, and relationship issues.

  • Children (Ages 4-12)

With the use of play therapy, children can express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and nonthreatening way. Therapy helps children understand the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to learn coping strategies for managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. It can also help develop the social skills they need to make friends, navigate school and other social settings, and build healthy relationships.
