FAQs
What is the difference between Couple’s Counseling and the Couple's Workshop?
Couples counseling is an open-ended process that uses a collaborative, strengths-based approach that the therapist can adapt specifically to your needs. Couples therapy is typically more in-depth and tailored to the specific needs of each couple.
Couples workshops, on the other hand, may cover a variety of topics, such as communication skills, conflict resolution, or intimacy building. They are often led by a therapist and provide a structured setting for couples to learn and practice new skills. Workshops are usually shorter in duration than couples therapy and may have a more general focus, rather than being tailored to each couple's specific needs.
Which one is better for us?
Both couples therapy and couples workshops can be beneficial in improving relationships. The choice between the two may depend on the specific needs and goals of the couple, as well as their comfort level and preferences. Couples therapy may be a better choice for those dealing with more serious relationship issues, while a workshop may be a good starting point for those looking to build stronger relationship skills.
Are we going to be working with other couples?
No. This workshop is private and exclusive to you and your partner.
