Piedmont Counseling is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for individual counseling. Please note that couples counseling is available only on a private pay basis, as most insurance companies do not cover marital/couples therapy.

Licensed Provider Fee

50 min Outpatient session: $150

50 Min Couples Counseling Session: $165

5 Session Couples Workshop Package: $650 ($130 per session)

Case Consultation: $100

Student Counselor Fee

50 min Outpatient Individual & Couples Counseling session: $60-100

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept most HSA and FSA plans. All fees are due at the time of your session unless other arrangements are made.  

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged $135 for the late cancellation fee.

Good Faith Estimate and No Surprise Act

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Services Act, healthcare providers and facilities are required to provide individuals who are not enrolled in a healthcare plan or receive federal healthcare benefits and are not seeking to file a claim with any coverage companies with a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges for services provided. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate of the services you are receiving, please let us know at the time of scheduling services, or the time you receive your services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any nonemergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
